Strong Back & Shoulders Stretching/Mobility Class

Join me on Wednesday, November 6th 13th for a one-hour passive stretching class focusing on stretching and strengthening your back and loosening up your shoulders. This class is open to all flexibility levels. Whether you are looking to deepen your existing stretch or you’re new to stretching and don’t know where to start, there is space for you in this class! Each stretch will be taught at varying levels with options for modifications to meet you where you are at.
For this class, it is recommended you have:
- A yoga/exercise mat
- A towel or yoga strap
- A pillow
- Yoga blocks or a chair
We will use Google Meet for this class. It is recommended to leave cameras on for the duration of class, but microphones will be muted unless a question is being asked. You are encouraged to turn on some music to listen to during class as I guide us through our various poses
