Join me on Wednesday, April 16th at 8 PM Pacific Time for an online Vinyasa Yoga class. This class is ideal for anyone looking to improve flexibility and strength at any stage of life, from the comfort of your own home.
Ready to feel stronger and more flexible? Whether you’ve practiced yoga for years or you are stepping onto a mat for the first time, this class is for you. We focus on integrating movement with breath, which helps not only in getting stronger but also in regulating your nervous system, heping with stress relief and general well-being.
In our sessions, we work on practical flexibility and strength, useful whether you’re reaching for the top shelf or bending down easier. Classes are designed to be accessible to all while also challenging you to grow at your own pace.
