From my first steps in flexibility in 2009, through years of yoga practice, to managing personal finances with precision, my journey is rooted in personal growth and professional development. I’ve applied these disciplines not only in my life but also in guiding others. My deep engagement with the Enneagram since 2016 has enriched my understanding of human psychology, enhancing my effectiveness as a coach.
