Unlocking Deeper Flexibility: ‘A Deeper Stretch Than Traditional Yoga’

Coming from years of dancing, the idea of stretching to increase flexibility was a concept I was very familiar with. However, I didn’t always take the time to put it into practice which sometimes would put me at a greater risk for injury. I was first interested in trying stretch coaching with Brett to target an old injury. I soon saw how this practice could turn into an easy targeted stretching routine that would help increase my lifelong mobility.

Brett’s attention to detail and thoughtful instruction made it easy to follow along. He took the time to set up individual poses and provide modifications when needed so I could get the maximum benefit in each pose. I feel like the relaxing, breathing, and taking time in each pose helped me get a deeper stretch than I typically do in a traditional yoga practice. Whether you are a complete beginner or have years of practice, you will always learn something.

I highly recommend coaching sessions with Brett, whether it is through stretching or one of his other areas. He is an invaluable resource that will meet you where you are at and be your biggest cheerleader to reach your goals.
